The film follows the life of Miggy (John Lloyd Cruz) and Laida (Sarah Geronimo) after their break-up which occurred after the events in the second film. Miggy, is now in a relationship with Belle (Isabelle Daza) while Laida is now a fiercer woman after living in the United States. They try to co-exist in the same company while Laida tries to oppose Miggy's business decisions through a series of events which made them realize the real definition of true love. (imdb)

It Takes a Man and a Woman is the last in the rom-com trilogy pairing John Lloyd Cruz & Sarah Geronimo as Miggy & Laida. And the one I enjoyed the most even if it is the most plastic. I guess the reason for that is that this one reaches it's conclusion and they play up on a lot of the charming moments they did in the previous films. Didn't hurt to have the lovely Isabelle Daza as an extra eye-candy! But this is still a very generic filipino romance series with all the expected clichés possible.
