A Aussie becomes a Lord. That's not going to go over well with the English upper-class, is it? Not when it's Cecil Kellaway that inherits the title. A funny feel good movie with an romance to Australian-ism, in that 'good old England is a fine place, but our heart is rooted in Australian soil.' Kellaway does a warm figure as the head of the family who never lets go of his Australian ways while his family gets carried away with the newfound wealth.
