It Had to Happen

Immigrants George Raft & Leo Carrillo ends up finding a job for the local government because of their rough tactics. Raft takes the opportunity and breaks down corruption in the city. That ends him up in trouble with folks.... and in love with Rosalind Russell. The story is a little bit vague going straight forward fast skipping a few corners, but Raft makes it a good one whenever he's a man! And he sure was at the end of this!
