Yay, another Colleen Moore film tracked down! The silent version of Irene (1926) (a film that would later be remade in 1940 with Anna Neagle). Not knock-out funny, but is totally driven by Moore's sparkling personality. We follow this spunky girl as she turns into a model and it's all the little things you have to look for to appreciate the comedy. Adorable, but you also get why Moore isn't wider known today. Talented comedian, but she never truly got versatile enough material to work with.
