Even without English subtitles, this is something to behold. Despite its repetitious, and scuzzy and offensive nature, it's a gob of spit in the eye for English speaking viewers who think all Mexican cinema is respectable arthouse cinema. For a film with 'punks' in the title, it's fittingly abrasive and against technical and story expectations.
