Very forgettable and not scary at all, at moments somewhat illogical, but at least visually entertaining movie.

Would have been better without all of the constant screaming and shouting

I knew exactly what I was aiming for when I entered the movie theater and they delivered. A tad too long in my opinion (would have cut the parking scene).

The film relies too heavily on arguments between characters to build tension, which undermines the horror elements.

A pathetic effort to create a spider horror movie in french social housing (although they seem to be outspoken home owners, how does that work?) that just looks really bad in that familiar Netflix way. The characters are lower class stereotypes that can only communicate through dumb fights. Now you cannot be familiar with the work of the thermonuclear Dardenne brothers and still think you have any fucking right to depict that social class and think it's right like that. So fake and insincere

With a completely illogical violent police "quarantine" preventing the characters from escaping, and spiders that multiply and grow at a metabolically impossible rate, the film's premise is forced way beyond that of Arachnophobia, which was a comedy. At the end of a formulaic plot progression is an even sillier finale. If it took itself less seriously, its excesses might not have been so jarring.

Filled with obnoxious, annoying, and stupid characters. The bad editing and lame camerawork did this overly long movie no favors. The premise had me rushing to watch this but I had to power through nearly 40 minutes of lame crap to get to anything even remotely interesting happening. The progression and escalation of the threat was ridiculous but it helped the movie finally get going. I didn't hate this but I was pretty disappointed.

Infested made my night so beautiful that I can't explain it. Turn off the lights, sit back and enjoy the experience that will trigger your arachnophobia. This film, like Rec and Evil Dead Rise, packs chaos into an apartment building and spiders are spreading everywhere in that building. I had a amazing time. The songs played are also fucking dope.
