In the cutthroat real estate market of Kozhikode, two small-time brokers & pals, Jayaprakash aka J.P. (Prithviraj) & C. Hameed aka C.H. (Tini Tom), battle it out with the big fish. In a bid to close a real estate deal, make a fortune overnight & to win his lady love Beena (Rima Kallingal), J.P. tries to raise Rs. 1 crore at short notice, for which he resorts to counterfeit money.
