Imagine: John Lennon

I decided I loved this when Lennon shredded the NYT reporter. Lennon's earnestness shines through this biocumentary®. Dylan said "songs can't save the world", gave up, and fancied himself a poet. Lennon came as close as anyone has to saving the world with songs.

What really ruins this film for me is a feeling of doom and dread I get while watching it.

Good, but veeery brief. Too brief. It felt like the first disc of two. I mean, this is John Freakin' Lennon!

He was a dick

John was a dick in his teenage years, and he only got worse.

This is why John Lennon is the greatest. Bonus: Yoko Ono and all her ridiculous fabulousness.
