If Looks Could Kill

Vincent, a soft and hard-core porno veteran, attempted an R-rated suspenser in this yarn about a videomaker who's hired to tape the life of a woman suspected of bank embezzlement he shoots from the apartment across the street. Lots of subsequent voyeuristic sex is brought into play (shades of _Body Double_ and _Extreme Close-Up_), followed by just a touch of _Blue Velvet_-like female abuse. (Kris Gilpin)
