One of those early German talkies that's too cute for its own good. The problem with this one was that there was a lot of dead time, I guess to create a mood. While it's all about the courtship between Gustav Fröhlich & Liane Haid, fans of classic films will probable enjoy more the sidekick in the movie, future lovable Hollywood character actor S.Z. Sakall before he fled Nazi Germany, certainly adding personality to this thing.
