I Want to Get Married

What a weird experience...I was uncomfortable virtually the entire time. Every exchange, scene, and gag went on too long, all physical humor attempts missed their mark, and the physical and facial contortions Matthew Montgomery twisted himself into to portray inept shyness was just painful to watch. I've seen him in other things, and he's capable, if not exactly great, but here...I blame the writer/director. There are some kernels of actual humor buried here and there, completely buried in muck.
