I don't really understand the point of documentaries like this. Someone points a camera at a pair of delusional weirdos and we're supposed to do what? Gawp at them, laugh at them, feel sympathy for them? It's sad and exploitative

A very uncomfortable, sad watch. Much better than the shit on obsessive bronies that I've watched because it isn't trying to make the subjects seem like they're doing some good thing for the world.

Just what you want from a "let's film some freaks" documentary. It's cringe-inducing in a way that Harmony Korine wishes he could pull off while remaining engaging throughout its short runtime. The shortened length is appreciated, as peeking into the lives of those with mental illnesses becomes difficult after so long.

Pretty exploitative and mostly pointless.

ESSENTIAL viewing for any documentary filmmaker, as any such person is merely an anthropologist with a camera and editing skills. This film is perfectly executed.

A thoughtful and incisive documentary that strikes a good balance between observation and judgment. Follows two Tiffany superfans as they go about their daily lives - peppered as they are, naturally, with Tiffany ephemera and the occasional unplanned Tiffany meet-and-greet. These are people with problems, and their behaviour is sometimes strange and sometimes simply unacceptable, but they're people too, three-dimensional and thoughtful, and I think director Sean Donnelly understands that well. This show is mostly about two strange people who are connected by their obsession with the 1980's pop star Tiffany Darwish. Not surprisingly they have obvious mental issues. One has Asperger Syndrome and the other is Intersex exhibiting an eerie blend of male and female features. They both claim to have a deep love and personal connection to their idol. It is very uncomfortable to watch their stories unfold and reveal their bizarre behavior and attitudes.

Short and interesting about the subjects without fluff or dodging too many deeper questions.

Christian Bale really outdid himself playing Kelly.

Seedy little people with terrible problems. It's an amazing window into the horrible rationalizations and banalities of mental illness. I'm glad it was only 70-odd minutes, because it was difficult to watch. It's also structurally imperfect, with weird stuttered pacing and that horrible napkin gimmick for the namecard, but it's easy to overlook that because of the strength of the material. Also, check out the Catfish crew in the credits.
