I've never cared for Mark Twain, even ignoring that this movie fails in every way possible. There are undoubtedly better adaptations of Huckleberry Finn for one to watch though I don't know why you would.

If you already know the stories about Huckleberry Finn (1920) this silent version won't bring anything new to the plate, but it tells the tale well enough. Definitely could have added more excitement in those crucial scenes, but it's a mild and gentle adaptation and will comes across pleasant enough for a younger crowd. Better then the first Huckleberry Finn (1931) talkie, but doesn't touch Mickey Rooney's The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (1939).
