Bill Bellamy is a gifted stand-up comedian and television presenter. He is witty, good-natured, intelligent and easy on the eyes. Unfortunately, that doesn't always translate to success in film. One of the most boring, uninteresting excuses for a comedy I have ever seen. Hangin' With the Homeboys Lite, essentially. 40 points, mostly for Lark Voorhies being there.

This is one of those movies that I have to watch whenever it's on basic cable. It's funny, but stupid.

There's a reason Bill Bellamy never became a big movie star: he's not very charismatic or funny. The formulaic story doesn't help very much, either.
