Honeymoon Limited

Had Honeymoon Limited (1935) been made by a bigger studio, everything would have been much snappier. But even in it's lighter low budget feel this becomes a pleasant little play of pretense and crooks. Neil Hamilton was good at that sort of thing, always taking things in a cheerful way regardless of limitations. And Irene Hervey came off as pure class. But this was a Monogram production, and no matter how much talent involved, there just wasn't enough money to take advantage of that.
