Holy Spider

2022'de #IzlediğimFilmler ; 264. Holy Spider (2022) İnsanın yüzüne tokat gibi vuruyor. Hala aynı şeyleri konuşuyor olmamız çok üzücü. Uzunca bir süre de maalesef konuşmaya devam edeceğiz.

Disturbing and extremely dark. Not exactly elegant but very effective.

An important work of gritty art and even though not a perfect movie it should be on everyone's watchlist.

There is a documentary (And Along Came a Spider) and a movie (killer spider) based on saeed hanaei , the serial killer. This one is the shittiest movie about this subject.

A totally different approach to the Illuminati-Hollywood serial killer theme we are used to although the symbolism used stays the same.

Holy Spider is a straight forward, flowing, effective, dark and cold movie. It's not perfect, but it definitely makes an impact.

Didn't care for "Border" but Abbasi's confident serial killer chiller is much, much better.

A sharp, potent and effective film by Abbasi.

Considering "Border" I was hoping for something with a little more oomph. Still a pretty scathing societal critique with some killer cinematography.

i thought the film was a cave allegory but also hoped to see a real holly spider
