Before he became a scared lion in The Wizard of Oz (1939) Bert Lahr sparingly appeared in cheap comedy shorts like Hizzoner (1933). Full of personality, but equally lacking in material. They were rarely any funny and lived totally on Lahr's own perfected goofball personality. Just. Like. This. One.
