A delightful little piece! A romantic comedy about a very people-shy artist played by Roland Young who just can't function around in a normal world. He is so good in his role as the eccentric man. And his lady here is none other then Lillian Gish. One of the greatest actresses of the silent era in her 2nd talkie. She was solid as ever. I was surprised that she was so natural and relaxed even with speaking. His Double Life, as silly as the story might be in parts, is such an warming experience.
