The animation style seems more like something for the mid-'80s than the early '90s. Definitely, an inspiration to things like GTO and Gokusen but both of those are much better than this. The animation is pretty bad and quite sloppy and the whole production has a cheap feel to it. All that being said this was still fun and I enjoyed it as I do most entries in one of my anime tropes, the rough, unconventional teacher with a heart of gold.
