This is a cynical film rehashed for cynical reasons by Netflix as the lead actor is in some trending show right now. Heartthrob feels like it was made for a few bucks by Siverston who should know better after 7 films. If this was a vanity project, Siverston's male lead borders on a modern day Elliot Roger who has finally given Incel's a platform to build from. *Hiccup*

I know the ending sentiments of Sam divided audience opinions harshly, I found it very romantic, even if murky.

Extremely average, and doesn't do much that hasn't been done before. I'm only giving it a 60 because I'm quite fond of these types of movies. If I weren't it'd be a 50 at best.
