Heartburn

It's hard to go wrong with Streep and Nicholson, and this film is greatly enhanced with this duo. There are great moments, and I did like the focus on a woman dealing with a cheating spouse while juggling her children, but...I don't know. It feels like it should be better with all the heavy hitters involved. Possibly the most disgusting pizza I have seen on film. Carly Simon's score does date this film, but I think I love her rendition of "Itsy Bitsy Spider".

Saw this when it came out, but I'm sure much of it went over my head. Great performances by Streep and Nicholson and solid writing. Still, something was a little off and missing. Worth watching for sure though.

Two of the greatest actors of our time join together to make a mediocre movie. There are moments where the actors talent starts to shine, then the script kills them.

Meryl is great here, funny even. I love the soundtrack "Coming Around Again" by Carly Simon is part of my private soundtrack.

Good film.

Forgettable Film. I know I forgot about it completely.
