He Comes Up Smiling

Only 11 of about 50 minutes of this Douglas Fairbanks film is still in existence. And what's available is a perfect example of what made Fairbanks great. He's babysitting the bosses' bird and spoils it in every way possible. The bird flies out the window and Fairbanks climbs every building in the town to pursue it! When he finally catch it he meets a bum who explains to Doug that he's like that bird. In captivity so he becomes a bum too. And not much more is available except for a bee attack.
