Leo Fong gets on the wrong side of the camera (he doesn't really have a right side) and delivers a buddy cop movie for the ages as Not Bruce Lee and Sure As Hell Not Eddie Murphy join forces to stop some sort of criminal activity. Tough to recall. There are some impressive location shoots which almost guarantees they didn't have permits. A not funny boring action comedy that served its purpose well.
