Has Anybody Seen My Gal

Sweet comedy about a eccentric millionaire, played by the brilliant Charles Coburn, secretly giving a nice family money to burn. And they sure burn through it quickly! Change them in an instant too, especially the mother Lynn Bari. And there lays my main criticism of the movie. She just changes with the situation with no repercussion for her snobbish behavior. She just smiles and is happy being poor again after being the town's biggest snob. Didn't make sense. At least, the rest was adorable!

Pretty good for an episode of Undercover Boss.

Enjoyable, easy on the eye, well paced afternoon woman's movie - Lightweight but with a with an underlying message.

More than meets the eye. It's tacky but there's beauty in the details, and I don't just mean in that young Piper Laurie is very pretty. She prefers Rock Studson to James Dean by the way... what a loser with the dolls that James Dean.
