Hard to Get

Incredibly delightful at times, even if it's a very predictable and overly lighthearted. Dick Powell & Olivia de Havilland are both very charming people and can be as cute as they want. Actually the pair that really stole this comedy was Charles Winninger as de Havilland's rich father and his battling butler Melville Cooper! Always having some competition going on, betting on which would win with nickels and cents! Not a plot one care much about, but there's plenty of laughs!
