Half Way to Shanghai

Halfway a good time-filler. Taking the old 'train murder' formula into wartime Orient with spies and sympathizers. The evil-doing George Zucco was particularly intriguing in this. As was J. Edward Bromberg as some kind of Burmese Poirot. Hardly masterful writing, but interesting set of characters at least.
