High school student Kyosuke is the most talented member of the school's martial arts club. He also likes to wear female underwear, which grants him superhuman powers and transforms him into the alter ego Hentai Kamen, or Pervert Mask. By chance, Kyosuke obtains the underwear of female high school student Aiko Himeno.
