A film that was almost 20-years in the making! They started making this film back in 1930, but production halted and was resumed clumsily at various points until it finally shown in 1949. Must have been weird for the '49 audience seeing Rex Lease in a starring role. He hadn't had one of those since... well... since around when this movie was originally shot. Needless to say this wasn't great. Even by 1930 standards it was pretty bad. By 1949 standards it was just antiquated.
