Godai the Wunderkind

Hard to rate as technically very well done (aside from some dodgy CGI that reveals a too low budget perhaps). Not all dry merchant scenes as this was a turning point in Japanese history away from the rigid era of the sword to a more modern western Japan so we have shots from both milieu. For whatever reason this didn't engage fully (was it the seemingly false insertions of female involvement? too much focus on early samurai life, a lifestyle he cast aside?) I can only say nice to look at but...
