Go Goa Gone

I don't have a whole lot of experience with Bollywood movies, but seeing bits and pieces here and there give me the vibe that they're generally pretty crappy. This one seemed right up my alley, I love me some zombie action, but it was at once both derivative and amateurish and I got the distinct impression that this is pretty standard Bollywood fare. I got one chuckle out of this, and an hour of boredom.

it was stupid, but it made me laugh so mission accomplished i would say. i would have ranked it higher even if not for blatant theft from shaun of the dead.

Ideas can be infectious. And they can be deadly as well - especially when they turn up half-baked, sputtering dead half a mile or two before they reach their full potential. Case in point: Go Goa Gone is a patchy comedy, loosely molded around Shawn of the Dead and Zombieland's seriously parodist nature. Where Shawn and Zombieland succeeded with indistinct, at times daft, humour, Go Goa Gone, directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, stumbles, falls and literally becomes zombie-food.

I laugh a lot with this one.
