Japaneses don't seem to trust their undersecretary to the ministry of defence that much.

More exciting and thrilling than its predecessor, but ultimately nowhere near as potent as the series or films. These OVAs are getting there though. The animation is absolutely gorgeous, as is expected.

Better than the chapter before it, yet still nowhere near at the level of the films. The plot is pretty good and much more fun than the first (less set-up), and the animation is still gorgeous, yet many of the themes that make the characters and world so likable are incredibly toned down or just not present altogether. Despite that, its still a really solid hour long Ghost in The Shell world film.

This was a pretty good story much like the stand alone episodes from the TV show. I know I'm in the minority here but I enjoyed the first episode better and found it to be more complex.

Border 2 is much more interesting and ambitious than Border 1, with a more complex techno-espionage plot.
