As a greedy real estate developer (Brendan Fraser) finalizes plans to level a swath of pristine Oregon forest to make way for another soulless housing subdivision, a band of woodland creatures rises up to throw a monkey wrench into the developer's scheme. Just how much mischief from the furry critters can the businessman take before he calls it quits? Roger Kumble directs this family-friendly madcap comedy.

Furry Vengeance is a slapstick stinker, easily the worst movie of the year.

If Brendan Frasier getting peed and pooped on makes you giggle, then prepare yourself for comedy gold. +1 for hitting Brooke Shields in the face, though.

A thin premise stretched far beyond serviceable length, Furry Vengeance subjects Brendan Fraser -- and the audience -- to 92 minutes of abuse.

A truly horrible movie from beginning to end. It's only redeeming quality is that kids in the Kindergarten through 3rd grade age range may get some laughs... Furry Vengeance, probably the worst film of 2010, is a film only for toddlers, or people who have no set of standards while watching a film.

This film is trying everything it can, and does it DESPERATELY, to invent new ways of being truly horrible. It's setting new standards for what the word horrible means. I want the production company, the set, everything bombed. It's the biggest waste of money there ever was. KILL ALL THE ANIMALS, PLEASE, AND LET'S BE DONE WITH IT!

Other than a couple funny parts with the skunks, this was a pretty terrible film. Poor Brendan Fraser tried his hardest, but the script and the casting was just horrible.

Oh Brendan… Look how they massacred my boy. This is the type of movie all involved parties should want to remove their IMDb credits from.

Top badass moment? Ken Jeong’s dancing; what a shame it's only in the Special Features. On principle I despise any film that anthropomorphises animals, so this one's a real doozie; what sort would even want a human personality anyway, with all our selfish, shitty ways? Some parts of this movie were so sickly and cutesy, I found I had to keep swallowing small amounts of vomit back down. It’s also a bit racist. But I imagine if I was 10 I’d have loved it. 1 chainsaw, no cats or decapitations.

Criminally atrocious. No laughter not once, only cringe and anger. I usually give a minimum of points to movies for creating jobs, but this one must have been a slap in the face of everyone involved. In case the thing does not convince you the people who made the movie are getting off by cruelly humiliating actors, just watch the end credits.

Go Animals! Another, different take on eco-vengeance. With a peppering of comedy throughout.

Environmental responsibility is one thing. I take no issue with a movie stressing the importance of preserving and protecting nature. But the one-dimensional and heavy-pawed Furry Vengeance doesn't do the environmental cause, young viewers ... or anyone looking for moviegoing pleasure any favors. (pluggedin.com)

Family comedy about a real estate developer who faces off against an angry band of woodland animals when he starts building a subdivision on their land. fleabitten fiasco.... the message that needs to be posted at the theater door is 'No trespassing.'

This movie isn't just bad. It's remarkably horrendous. The animals are unrealistic, the CGI is ugly, the slapstick is desperate, and there are occasions where they resort to female abuse. And don't get me started on the end credits montage.
