A young man fights against a corrupt police force in this edgy actioner. Returning to his small Alabama hometown, Joshua Pope (Busta Rhymes) plans to claim his father's inheritance and move on. Instead, he finds a corrupt and prejudiced police force working the beat. Joshua, his friend Duncan (Xzibit) and their gang decide to stand up and fight for their rights.
