Enjoyable, even though it doesn't offer anything new to the growing pile of time travel movies. Just a few mates having a drink and accidentally getting involved in a series of temporal causality loops. I call something like that 'a thursday evening'.

Clever and amusing (in a geeky way), but the one-note structure condemns it to run out of steam before the end. The three leads lack the charm of a Pegg or Frost, but the dialogue is inventive enough to paper over most cracks.

The beginning is boring and there was just a handful of moments that were actually funny. On the other hand some scenes were brilliant and it's a refreshing take on the subject.

Short and enjoyable, but too by the numbers to truly satisfy die-hard fans of the subgenre (like me). And, frankly, it's probably too geeky to even be of interest to pretty much anybody else. A nice little hangout movie, though.

Quite quick and enjoyable. Would make a great companion piece to "The World's End".

The right mix of geeky, funny and 80's synth-pop make this British gem one of the best sci-fi, comedy films out there. The time-travel is dealt with well, the actors all play their characters well and once it gets going, there is never a dull moment, making this film easily re-watchable and consistently enjoyable.

Sometimes comical, silly low budget movie shot mostly in a pub. Anna Faris is sweet but we see very little of her. The story is a twisted mess with a time travel paradox that they fail to wrap up very neatly. A bit clever at times. I did enjoy watching it, but I would suffer to sit through a second viewing.

One step short of being good. It's an alright watch if you've nothing better to do, and its entertaining enough.

End third is way too cliche for such a good idea, but most of time it's nothing less than refreshing. Reminds me of a Lem story where Ijon Tichy gets hundreds of timeshifts of himself. It's very English and runs in league with Shaun of the dead.

Not the best comic piece ever but had some laughs and didn't bore me, even though it was a bit cliché. Fun watch for a tiresome evening..

The movie started and I already hated the protagonists. They are a dumber and even more unfunny british version of the TBBT characters (I say, as someone who was a big fan when I was a pre-teen, even had a Bazinga necklace); just a bunch of “Um, actually” nerds (THAT “N” WORD JOKE, my fucking god). Anna Faris is just there to be a “cool hot girl” so that the Ray can end up with her, very uninspired romance.

Top badass moment? Features a busy pub where virtually no one seems to go to the toilet. What on earth are they drinking, pints of glue? I was thinking, do we really need yet another film featuring underachieving, bantering Brits in a pub? Actually in this case the answer is yes; it really is very funny, not as funny as my pub banter of course, but still pretty good. Decent production values lift it clear of the sea of films-too-much-like-sitcom-episodes too. No cats, chainsaws or decapitations.

Unpredictable geeky fun that makes the most out of its low budget. I enjoyed seeing the time-travel conundrum getting increasingly convoluted for the three sadly bland leads. I felt Anna Faris was miscast and slightly annoying. Overall, If you like 'Shaun of the Dead' this isn't a bad way to spend 80 minutes.

After his role in IT Crowd, Chris O'Dowd plays a more reasonable "nerd". His only dream is being a time-lord and somehow that becomes probable. This well prepared script which also could be a real sci-fi surprises, make you laugh and enjoy the movie. The movie is a little bit short (79mins) but you won't regret any of these moments.

Pleasantly surprised by this comedy sci-fi which was never boring and surprised me time after time. The story never gets dull and is actually vere clevver and however the characters seem somewhat boring, they get into interesting situations and do not fail to entertain.

The time travel part isn't so great, but the comedy is the primary thing and that part works great.

There are some funny jokes here and there but mostly the movie was a chore to sit through. The run-down premise isn't enough to carry a whole movie with nothing original to come with it.

Even though the movie had a few fun scenes and an interesting basic idea it just wasn't very good or memorable. Its portrayal of a nerd is so cliched it starts to get annoying. Also, it felt like the actors didn't quite fit the roles.

Time travel is strange, and confounding, and this film, like most FAQs, is no help at all. It's clever, it's quirky, it's bizarre, and it's not even close to taking itself seriously. The main characters are great in all their underachieving glory, and their adventure wraps back around from ridiculous to awesome several times over.

The line about a time travel machine "that runs on karaoke and urine" made me laugh, but other than that the jokes are a bit thin on the ground. It's OK for what it is, though. A bit laddish, a bit nerdy, lots of pop culture references, and at only 80 minutes it doesn't outstay its welcome.

rarely are time travel movies made with a degree of intelligence, that is an aspect that this movie succeeds a greatly. it's hilariously fun, clever, and well acted. my only complaint is anna faris, who wasn't even that bad, but is more than made up for by o'dowd and a wonderful script.

Lots of geeky fun, as three friends discussing Doctor Who and Star Trek in a pub suddenly find themselves trapped in a time-travel paradox centered around the gents', two packets of crisps, and very devoted future fangirls. Low budget and a bit talky at times, but very enjoyable.

Adequate without every really kicking into high gear. Chris O'Dowd carries the piece about as far as he's allowed, but the supporting cast offer little, well, support I guess. I admire Anna Faris for getting involved in this project, but it doesn't make the best of an interesting premise.

I thought the characters were extremely annoying, which made it very difficult to like the movie. After 45 minutes or so I started to like the movie, but that just left me with 30 minutes till the ending. Not enough for me to like it enough to give it a higher score

A low-budget film that relies on a clever story, well written script and decent acting. This may be a "B" movie, but it's funny and I enjoyed it more than a lot of "A" ones. If you like time travel flicks, you've got to watch this.

Chris O'Dowd is very helping to the "nerdy" athmosphere of the film. And although it is not the most exciting, someone might say boring sometimes, I appreciate different approach to the time travelling fenomen then hollywood movies.

An amusing if forgettable sci-fi escapade. Run-of-the-mill technical values aside, the actors and dialogue were good. Watch "Los Cronocrímenes" if you're interested in recent time travel themed films.
