Supernatural revenge flick that shows a flash of creativity here and there, and sports a bold hyperreal vibe, but ultimately has nothing to say except "you are watching a violent horror film".

Its called Red Mist in amierca..People drug up a mentally challenged kid, drop him off in front of hospital presumedly dead and he is in a coma and thru the coma he extracts his revenge. This movie is a good little indy creeper. Its not the bloodbath of a Saw, or the coolness of Twilight Zone..but it works
