Fool's Paradise

Very drama driven picture from Cecil B. DeMille. Good drama too, but I wouldn't have minded some more diversions of the spectacular kind to spice up the excitement. Thankfully, Conrad Nagel was a good actor in silent movies. And he does a good job of holding the scenes together. But in a complicated romance picture it's the ladies that often take all the attention and both Dorothy Dalton and Mildred Harris certainly made their presence felt. Made for a very solid movie.
