It's much funnier to hear described than it is to watch.

So in your face with it's sillyness that you just can't enjoy it.

Fun stop motion, set design and costuming. I hate to say it, but I want a blu-ray with lots of special features -- from Criterion, because it's better than Equinox at the very least.

I never thought I'd hate a movie full of nudity and stop motion animation, but here we are.

Would have put in 70, but minus a few points for the lesbian rape that kills the film. Otherwise funny and an oddly accurate parody of the original serials.

Some of the special effects -- a swan-shaped spaceship; a five-story, putty-like monster with a dry wit -- are reminders of the fantasy realm of antique movie serials; but the sense of fantasy crashes to earth with every lethargic display of soft-core sex. The cross-purposes scheme of combining prurient interest with the straight-and-true morality of old-time movies succeeds only in anesthetizing both elements at once.

Mildly amusing farce.

Originally made as an actual porn film, a sudden cash injection and some Ray Harryhausen special effects gave it a cinema release...

Very funny for the immature.

I was so disappointed when I finally saw this -- not anywhere near as good as its reputation, despite the stop-motion stuff by Danforth. Even the sex is boring and bad. I give it a "1" for the title.

Not really all that funny, but its whackdoodle curiosity value keeps you interested. Some surprisingly good special effects, too

The epitome of the "So bad it's good". Essential for exploitation fanatics. Everyone else, avoid it like the plague. ** - for substance. ***** - for style.

Hilarious, but that's all its got going for it.
