I really didn't like anything about this movie aside for the cinematography. The direction is very clunky I I really didn't like how they portrayed all of the male characters as completely despicable. The film seems like it makes the statement that the two women had no other choice but to turn to each for love. If they had simply fallen in love that would've been one thing but the way it was portrayed was poorly done...

I am very much NOT enjoying this film.

Has its moments but it’s mostly a very unsubtle story with very 90s-TV cheesy production values and absurd characters and dialogue. So many elements should appeal to me but it’s just too over-earnest and melodramatic for my tastes
