Fine Manners

The last movie Gloria Swanson did for Paramount until doing Sunset Blvd. (1950). And it's a fairly run of the mill romance comedy. Not hilarious and not bad. Mid-range with Swanson's cartwheels being the highlight. She is a lower-class fun girl who meets a rather stiff upper-classer. They fall in love, but the fear is that she won't fit in with his circle. So while he's out traveling, she goes in training learning those Fine Manners. Was kind of just Swanson to rely on in this movie.
