I enjoyed this action, crime drama even though it's pretty sloppy at times. Stephen Chow gave one of his better serious performances here and of course, Danny Lee did his usual thing.

very wonky...humor was super weird, not sure if it's a cultural thing or it was genuinely written that bizarre. stephen chow fans should be amused and bemused with this one.
