I thought from the trailer I got at end of the last one I'd be watching these two terrible people fuck on pyramids etc but instead got some who cares retard thriller that has zero suspense or danger. It was like in Austin powers when dr evil asks for a million dollars. Movie opens with a scene of Ana gasping "is that yours"to a private jet Grey brings her too.... biiitch where have you been the last two movies, he first picked you up in his own helicopter and has like 40 cars and red rooms

As I feel the ropes getting tied tighter around my wrists, I hear a voice whisper "Watch this, baby." I feel I'm getting excited and bite my lip. "What could it be", I wonder. The blindfold goes off. I see a black screen. I hear shitty music; a movie starts. I know what this is. Slightly panicked I mutter: "Red". No response. "RED", I say more loudly, while tears run down my face. Nothing. I'm alone and watch all of it. Fuck.

I'm shocked that a movie could be perceivably worse than Fifty Shades of Grey and Fifty Shades Darker but I actually think this somehow pulls it off. Those two at least had the decency to stick to being bad romance/erotica films; this one tries to be a thriller on top of that with kidnapping/ransom/guns etc and it's so bad at it it makes Basic Instinct look like the fucking Godfather. Ana and Christian also spend the whole movie being jealous cunts toward each other. Toxic marriage!

There's a wedding but the movie isn't about marriage. There are companies but the movie isn't about work. There are jets, boats and mansions but the movie isn't about wealth. There are some whips in a red room but the movie isn't about BDSM. There's a abusive husband but the movie isn't about his psyche. The movie is just another collage of boring stuff that happens and sometimes it's absurd enough too make one laugh. See the hair washing scene for example.

As someone who has moderately managed to enjoy the last two entries, this is genuinely bad. The sex is dialed back again to be replaced with subplots upon subplots of idiotic drama. The writing genuinely fell off a cliff which is a shocking achievement given the low bar that was previously established. Skip, unless you're a masochist.

Dondurmam kaymak.

What an odd bait-and-switch this series has ended up becoming; almost entirely eschews the (admittedly overwrought) focus on the Greys' S&M relationship in favour of a weak reprise of the 'stalker' TVMs of yore, intermingled with so-so design porn, which becomes more about a superficial wallow in the excesses of the rich ala any daytime soapie. Marginally more enjoyable than Part 2, and Johnson and Dornan do their best despite sharing little chemistry; some nice photography maintains interest.

An absolutely terrible conclusion that features the lead characters continue to be extremly dependent on each others jealousy. It does very little to create anything redeeming within this franchise and just sort of ends. Bad acting, mediocre porn at best and a terrible script make it worse than some real adult films out there. This movie just sucks and not the way Ana went down on Christian with Ice Cream. It sucks kinda like coming home to find all your stuff on the front lawn. Just a bad day.

A lot of people already hated the first two fifty shades and I have to admit I didn't. That's the reason I didn't mind the negative comments on the third episode, but afterwards I have to admit that fifty shades freed is a complete disaster in every single way. Plotholes, plotlines that really don't matter and no one even wants, cheesy moments mixed with ridiculous sex scènes...

It's not like I was expecting to like this movie after really not liking the previous ones, but yeah, this was pretty bad. I hate these movies' lack of plot, but man, when they tried to inject a plot into this one, it was pathetic and embarrassing. The performances sucked. Still no chemistry between the leads. The ending was disappointing, but not unexpected. They could've saved the franchise a little bit, but no, they went with that ending. I'm glad it's over.

Ah, the movie series that keeps on giving.... us.... some of the worst sex scenes in cinema. Just another example how women loves to be deceived.

I don't understand these movies, but I also don't have a menstrual cycle. There's literally no drama in any scene and if there is it's resolved in the very next scene. I really dug them tying up every plot thread with a manila envelope in the second to last scene while Christian reveals his one imperfection, he sucks at cooking. This is Marvel for single broads.

Fifty Shades Freed is a really bad movie which fails as a romance because its characters are bland, the writing is bad, and its actors don't seem to care. It also fails as a thriller, which it laughably at times tries to become, in large part because of the same reasons, but with the added bonus that it has no idea how to generate even a remote amount of suspense or tension. I am glad that the franchise is over.

No chemistry between the two, Johnson doing her best. Still has boring sex scenes, and the build-up never amounts to anything sexy. Despite 3 movies of an unconvincing relationship that doesn't feel like it earns it, the ending montage of their love somehow is relatively affective. With all this said, this is the best of the three; this is the closest I've come to enjoying it. If the ridiculousness of what goes on was more fun this could have been a pretty silly, yet entertaining, trilogy.

Moves faster than the first two movies - for better or worse... Dakota Johnson still delivers, and Mr. Grey is still one of the biggest douchebags in movie history.

Way better than expected. Foley ignites an even more artificial setting -- wide lenses all over, interiors full of clean personality -- to convey fun sex scenes -- with ice cream -- and nice bits that take some distance from the dated, just boring plot -- Grey playing Maybe I'm Amazed, the Fast & Furious beginning. Too bad this is not just a film about a game of sex and desire of a newly-married couple.
