Fiesta (1941) reminds of those 1930 Technicolor musical shorts like La Cucaracha (1934) and others like it, except it's twice as long and outstays it's welcome at 45 minutes. A Hal Roach production shot in fine color, filled with Mexican song and dance.... and just about only that. Silly, overly glittery and close to annoying.
