Feast of Love

A vile, ugly and deceitful film that isn't really about love the way it wants you to believe. It's about its decay and futility. I'm down for vile and ugly and cynical but I also have to be expecting it. If you want shit in your cereal, see this movie. Also a couple of nice racks on display.

Excellent and underrated film.

In striving to join a choral narrative, Benton underestimate the potential of all the characters. And unable to give substance to each of them, slapping the holes with phrases made.

Lovely heartwarming story of love and loss. A case study on how love can be both painful and glorious. Excellent full characters that were flawed and exceptional, they always felt like real people. I never wanted to hit the fast forward button, instead was able to savor each scene as it was played out. I quite liked it, including the beautiful nude women.

well balanced, if not gourmet fare....

Tja, selten war die Bewertung schwerer. Eigentlich ein guter Film, wie sollte es auch bei Morgan Freeman anders sein. ABER es gibt ein paar Längen und am Ende darf man sich fragen "Was hat mir der Film jetzt gebracht?" ... bekommt das Prädikat "nett" ...

This movie looked liked it had potential. Too much nudity for this drama. I did like that the plot wasn't totally predictable.

Apart from the abundant nudity of almost every female character in the film (except for Jane Alexander, but Thank God for that), there is nothing much to see. So...why do Greg Kinnear always end up playing sucker characters?

A beautiful film that shows how love can hurt and be great at the same time. A lot (too much) of nudity, infidelity and sad stories, but I felt that the people were real and the voice of Morgan Freeman never gets old. *Recommandable

Nothing beats a wise all-knowing voice-over from Morgan Freeman. Ahem...

I watched it during PMS and cried while watching it, that explains a lot...
