Fatty experiences several reverses of fortunes in this boarding house story. He is first ejected for failure to pay his board. He then fixes up a postal card offering himself a handsome salary and is warmly welcomed back by the girl’s parents. When the truth becomes known that he is really a sideshow barker, they again turn on him.

Always a treat when fresh Roscoe 'Fatty' Arbuckle comedies turns up. Here is a Keystone one from 1914 called Fatty Again, aka Fatty the Fourflusher. Less farcical than your average Keystone comedy, but it's also a little underdeveloped as far as funny business goes. Just Fatty trying to stay at a boardinghouse by pretending to get a high-paying job and it backfiring.
