I liked this a bit more than the 2nd entry. Shifting the location to Scotland (although I doubt they actually filmed much there) shakes things up a bit, and adds a Scooby Doo / gothic vibe to it. The reporter Fandor takes a back seat for much of the duration while Commissioner Juve takes the lead which makes this feel like a Pink Panther film. There are too many characters, it's too long and some gags are repeated ad nauseam, but it’s still worth a watch for fans of 60’s spy/supervillain films.
