Sure, it's a propaganda piece for the US Navy, promoting their new "air force" (and, somewhat oddly, barely mentioning that the navy has ships). It almost made me want to enlist, and I'm quite a few years out from their normal recruiting age. (Extra on the Pride and Prejudice [1940] DVD.)
