Here's an idea: don't shake the fucking camera so fucking much. To the director: Fuck You. This shit makes me sick.

I like the set, the plot, the monsters and that the movie has a gentle touch and doesn't beat the big drum all the time. But what i can't stand is stupid scripts that makes people stupid. If a child is frightened she won't go out wandering by herself in the middle of the night and so on.

Extinction strives to be something... different... and it almost gets there; it was right on the cusp... but then it all whooshed away on a gust of frosty air. I wouldn't use the word 'zombie' to describe the monsters though. Let's call them mutants, or mutations, or whatever, but they're not zombies.

It does something different, but it barely works. It's more of an isolation movie and family drama with zombies involved occasionally. It's still a fun movie, but it has some strange and interesting ideas that it doesn't quite execute well enough.

The worst and most trivial episode of "Rädda Joppe! Död eller levande!" I've ever seen.

This was made easier to watch bc i really enjoy donovans acting. Story was alright. The creatures were a good idea but alot of the execution ignored their heightened hearing. The film was too long, though not achingly so.

Yep another post-apocalyptic zombie movie. But just like "Maggie" with a touch of melodrama. My opinion here : http://opinion-as-a-moviefreak.blogspot.be/2015/12/extinction-2015.html

Another zombie apocalypse with very creepy but less convincing zombies. A story full of holes & uneven action. Long periods of not much happening, and short bursts of life and death struggle. The rift between the two men was a distraction & handled badly. With so long to set up defenses, it was pathetic how lame their sanctuary was. Acting performances & music was good, but plot, story & dialog was not great. Quinn McColgan was a standout as the cute girl. Matthew Fox was also satisfying.

Zombies in the snow was a beautiful touch, but the movie on a whole was fairly uneventful and dull. More a sweet family drama then a slasher. But I guess not much happens once a apocalyptic zombie attack is over.

This was interesting. Matthew Fox shows why he got the lead in lost and stars in this somehow "under the radar" Zombie apocalypse flick. It reminded me of the game "The last of us" and a bit of I am Legend. Overall a pretty good movie with a lot of good dialogue and a some what long buildup but the waiting is worth it. Not a high budget movie but they worked very well with what they had.
