Tense and exciting found footage horror; beautifully crafted and executed by Sanchez, playfully reveling in the cliches (and improbabilities) necessary in the genre he spawned. Lacking the psychological subtlety of BLAIR WITCH, the stripped back narrative and characters waste no time getting to the action - a series of increasingly horrifying and claustrophobic encounters with Sasquatch. An occasional lack of logic and credibility is par for the course for this genre; strap in and hold tight!

Now this, ladies and gentlemen, is how you make a solid found footage film. Of course it's nigh impossible to improve on BWP, yet Sánchez made a modern, tight and creepy film where we do get to see the creatures, this time. My personal tagline for it: don't fuck with mother nature!

Probably the best Eduardo Sanchez has managed to do since Blair Witch Project, and one of the only two decent Sasquatch movies I've seen, along with Willow Creek. Willow Creek plays more on dread. Exists actually puts on the gorilla suit and provides some action. Nothing too original, but the twists are actually interesting and it gets pretty tense.

I think it's time to put the found-footage film out in the woods without a trail of breadcrumbs to find its way back. "Exists" looks like a movie that's less about Bigfoot than edited BY Bigfoot... Which is also, funnily enough, the only possible explanation given the ending.

Excellent, the best bigfoot film

Some moments of tension improve an otherwise generic "young adults in the woods" type of horror movie. Interestingly, things get better once we see the monster; usually it's the other way around.

Don't mess with momma bigfoot. But for real though this was quite a stupid film, it's just not a particularly interesting entry in the found footage genre.

I didn't have a lot of expectations when I started watching this one and honestly the beginning was worse than I thought. After that the pace did pick up and it had some pretty good and exciting scenes and a good premise for the story. You get the usual thing with characters being idiots, but... it's not bad? If you like Bigfoot lore or found footage -types of movies, it's a decent watch for sure.

Decent Bigfoot film hampered by the bad acting and cliched character tropes. Still above average and the Sasquatch looked good.

Some of the most unlikable characters of all time in this one. This was probably a bit better than Bigfoot County and Willow Creek. The Bigfoot suit wasn't half bad. Terrible job at being a found footage movie, though.

Neither as bad as it could've been nor as good as it should've been
