This has a pretty general slasher plot. A guy breaks out of a mental institute and goes around murdering people. There is a twist thrown in, but it is so inconsequential that you are left feeling confused why it was even put in there. The lead female Christine Evangelista was very good but sadly the cast was drug down with some horrible acting. I might even say that the Police Chief in this was one of the most poorly written characters in any movie I have ever seen. Not worth your time.
