Escape from Wildcat Canyon

I found this movie somewhat dreadful. The relationship between the grandfather and boy was nice, but I can only assume this was based on a true story, because I don't believe anyone could come up with such a dull story. A plane crashes... a boy and his grandfather set off to find help and get rescued about two days later, while trying to cross a river. There's a lot of build up, but little real drama.
